1/2 Inch Drive x 1/2 Inch Hex Bit Socket by TEKTON

The TEKTON S2 steel bits are press-fit into the socket to create a straight, permanent connection that will not loosen over time. The 6-sided hexagonal tip is machined to precise tolerances for an exact fit with hex fasteners, and its chamfered end easily slides into fasteners to reduce wear. Additionally, the large, clear die-stamped size marking is easy to read and cannot wear off, while four detent grooves provide a secure connection with the drive tool. The drilled through-hole allows for locking on with a retaining pin. The polished, chrome-plated finish easily wipes clean and is highly resistant to corrosion. The beveled inner rim of the socket opening helps guide it smoothly onto fasteners.
